Article 1 Purpose
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of PETANQUE ACADEMY and its customers with regard to the sale of training courses and online courses.
Any service provided by PETANQUE ACADEMY implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale.
Article 2 Product presentation
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Shop” and “Training Catalogue” sections of our website. Photographs are not part of the contract. PETANQUE ACADEMY cannot be held responsible for any errors. All texts and images presented on the PETANQUE ACADEMY website are reserved, for the whole world, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.
Article 3 Period of validity of sales offers
Distance learning is valid for 12 months from the date of registration.
Article 4 Product prices
The “Shop” and “Training catalog” sections of our site indicate prices in euros, all taxes included. The amount of VAT is specified when the customer selects a product.
PETANQUE ACADEMY reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products ordered will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.
No discount will be granted for early payment.
Article 5 Ordering
The customer confirms his/her order by clicking on the “Confirm your order” link at the bottom of the “Order summary” page, after having accepted the present terms and conditions of sale. Before validation, the customer is systematically asked to check each element of the order, so that any errors can be corrected.
PETANQUE ACADEMY confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by PETANQUE ACADEMY constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by PETANQUE ACADEMY in accordance with legal conditions and deadlines; the customer can access this archiving by contacting the Customer Relations department.
Article 6 Terms of payment
Orders are paid for by credit card.
Article 7 Withdrawal period
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of online courses or training (you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement https://www.service-public.fr).
Article 8 Late payment (clause applicable to professionals)
In the event of total or partial non-payment of the services provided by the due dates agreed with the user, the purchaser must pay PETANQUE ACADEMY a late payment penalty equal to one and a half times the legal interest rate, and will be subject to termination of access to the online course platform.
The legal interest rate is that in force on the day of delivery of the goods.
This penalty is calculated on the amount outstanding, excluding VAT, and runs from the due date of the price without the need for prior notice.
In accordance with articles 441-6 c. com. and D. 441-5 c. com. any delay in payment automatically entails, in addition to late payment penalties, an obligation for the debtor to pay a fixed indemnity of €40 for collection costs.
An additional indemnity may be claimed, with supporting evidence, when the collection costs incurred exceed the amount of the fixed indemnity.

For any information, question or complaint, the customer may contact the company’s Customer Relations department from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
