What is a cookie
A cookie is a small file saved in your browser when you visit a website. It can be used, for example, to remember your basket or to count visits. About reCAPTCHA: this Google service protects the forms against bots. Petanque Academy considers it necessary for the security of the site, because the forms have been heavily targeted by spam. It analyses technical data about your browsing on the form page, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.

These tools help to identify which pages are useful and which ones to improve. None of them is used for advertising.

Managing cookies in your browser
You can also delete cookies that are already saved, or block them, from your browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge all offer this option in their privacy settings. Blocking technical cookies may stop the basket or the student area login from working.
